1、For Rotating IP - Charged by IP, if the proxy is detected to be unhealthy or expired within 3 minutes, the system will automatically refund you.

2、For Static IP - Charged by IP, if the proxy becomes invalid during the usage period, the system will refund you for the remaining days. Usage of less than 24 hours is billed as a full day.

3、Once PTC is successfully recharged, Proxy302 will not provide any refund or reverse exchange service for the "PTC" balance in the account (i.e., exchanging "PTC" for USD or other currencies). If any malicious refund activity is detected, the account will be suspended. When using the recharge service, please ensure you carefully verify your account details and select the appropriate options. Any losses incurred due to your own actions, Proxy302 will not offer returns, exchanges, or any form of compensation, including but not limited to:

Due to your personal network issues.
The proxy network protocol and proxy type were selected incorrectly due to your personal reasons.
Your account is invalid, lost, or suspended.
You recharged the wrong account number, selected the wrong purchase amount, or selected the wrong service validity period.
Property damage caused by your improper setting or safekeeping of passwords.

4、The platform will only refund the actual recharge amount. Transaction fees incurred during the recharge process (such as payment platform fees, bank fees, etc.) will not be refunded.
