Why does the proxy connection fail?

1. Proxy failure

First, you need to check the proxy status in the Proxy302 backend to ensure it is healthy. Click the [Speed Test] button to see if it is available. The proxy may experience temporary failures; if it remains unavailable, please contact customer service to resolve the issue.

2. Proxy settings error

Ensure that you have correctly entered the proxy information (proxy address: port: username: password) and selected the correct network protocol (HTTP or Socks5).

3. Network problems

If you are in mainland China, Proxy302's proxy is used in an overseas condition. We have 4 possible solutions:

(1) Use our platform's free [Connection Tool].

(2) Use VPN.

(3) Use overseas remote servers.

(4) A router that can bypass internet restrictions. You can choose one according to your needs. Once the overseas network condition issue is resolved, it can be used normally.
